Meet Star

Look at this beautiful girl! Star is sweet and fun and such a happy dog. Just throw her ball!! Star says she will be your best bud if you let her crash at your place. We’d like to get her out of boarding and into a foster or adoptive home. She has the most gorgeous coat. Please consider fostering her or adding her to your family!!!
Star is currently in boarding in Jefferson City.
This girl was dumped by her previous owners, no fault of her own. They were moving and didn’t want her anymore. Now, her life has changed for the better! At first, Star was stand offish and timid. And we can’t blame this poor girl.
Now, we’re happy to say she has come out of her shell!
She absolutely loves fetch and is a pro at it! Star sits, gives kisses, leans against you for pets and seems happy go lucky with all of her tail wags!
