Meet Stanley
Stanley is a very energetic and loving dog! He’s a German Shepard and huskie mix, he is 3 years old and weights 55#. He has a lot of energy but will stay by your side all the time. He does have some separation anxiety but it’s nothing unmanageable. He’s very obedient and an awesome running partner. He’s good with kids and other dogs. Stanley is neutered, up to date on vaccines and heartworm negative ;)
FOSTER UPDATE 7-30-19:
This sweet boy is still looking for his forever home. Stanley listens and responds to commands incredibly well. He is leash trained, so if you are possibly looking for a partner to go on walks or runs, this is your guy. Stanley can get excited at times and it can seem like he will never run out of energy. However as soon as you start petting him, he goes completely calm. Be warned though, once you start, he doesn’t want you to stop. Which he will happily tell you.
Stanley is still learning his manners. He does get nervous in crowded public places. On one occasion he growled and even snapped at strangers trying to pet him. He has also exhibited some jealousy of his foster brothers. Especially if they are getting attention or touching his squeaky toys.
This amazing sweet boy is full of cuddles and kisses. If those are things you are looking for in your furry companion, then Stanley is the man for you.
