Meet Stan the Stoic! 13 years young! He's an old soul, sweet temperment, and loves to just chill. Came from the streets in Genesee County as a stray with heavy heartworm and an embedded harness. He's healed up, neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and finishing his heartworm treatment. Looking for the right home to live out the rest of his years loved!

He does well around children and new people but it would be best for him to be in a home with older kids or no kids at all as he still gets spooked from fast movements and loud noises and will go hide.

He's blind, but does well navigating once he's familiar with his surroundings.
He's house trained. He doesn't signal in any way to go outside, have to keep on a schedule.

Crate trained but does chew his blankets sometimes.

Enjoys being outside, chewing on a cow bone, peanut butter in his kong, snuggling with his foster fur sister. If has a fur sibling, he/she must be chill and just enjoy napping and snuggling and lounging outside. Stan gets spooked with lots of energy and does not respond well to play initiations.
