Meet Stamos
Stamos is another Pitbull stuck in a rural shelter in South Louisiana. He's been in the shelter since 6/28/24 in a 3'x5' kennel. Rare are opportunities for him to be out of this kennel. The ACO is the only employee to care for 20+ pups/dogs daily along with his other responsibilities. There are no volunteers visiting the shelter to volunteer their time walking and socializing with the dogs.
Stamos weighs 43# a good weight for an inside dog. He is desperately looking for his forever home and family.
Stamos tested positive for heartworms and is presently on doxycycline twice a dayfor 30 days per HW tx protocol.
