Stallone Pit Bull Terrier Wichita, KS

Stallone had a rough go after his owner passed away and was left on the streets. He was beaten up by a couple of dogs taken to the Wichita Animal Shelter to serve his stray hold. He needed more medical care than the shelter could give so Beauties stepped in and took him to our vets at El Paso to get better. He has been released from the vet and his skin and injuries are healing. He is also Heartworm Positive so we will be starting his treatment for that as well.

Now he's in a foster home. For a guy who's spent months on the streets, this is what they've learned so far from Stallone. He loves a soft couch and enjoys gentle pets, it just takes him a minute. He is housebroken, kennel-trained (will protest for awhile) and parkour trained as no curtains are left hanging in his room (luckily they were spring loaded rods)

He would love a home with an active family and another dog would be great. He is a couch and bed snuggler (I've been on the sofa bed with the flu).

I don't see any lingering issues other than the nerves of meeting new people. He takes it slow, but will definitely give you the great reward of his love and those soulful eyes!
