This amazing gal-Friday is the full package—athletic, smart, spry, fun-loving, obedient and young enough to take on the world right by your side!

Please meet Sprite! She is a Hound/Dachshund mix weighing in at 20 lbs of total excitement and fun! She was a stray to our rescue in Millington, TN. She absolutely loves to play with friends and toys! They are her life and treats come in a fast second. She was extremely skinny when we got her and she is still very food motivated because of this. She walks well on a leash and loves to take walks with her nose to the ground. She is still a puppy, so consistency is key! She is so sweet and she is loving to learn new things. She crates easily and is working on being housebroken. She adores ice cream outings and walks in the park. Whatever the outdoor adventure or indoor relaxation, she is definitely worth everything. If you can’t tell, we absolutely adore her and have loved watching her learn and grow.

FOSTER EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATION:
Dogs: Yes, fostering with dogs of various sizes, breeds and genders
Cats: She passed her initial cat test, but will need proper intros and supervision.
Other Small Animals: Unknown
Children: Yes, older children. She has NOT been tested with infants or toddlers, so proper supervision and introductions would be required.

ADOPTION INFORMATION:
We are a foster-based animal rescue and we thank you for your interest in one of our animals. Our animals are fostered in various locations in the a South and in New England. Our fosters and adoption coordinators are the backbone of what we do. Our fosters work tirelessly to integrate our rescue animals into their home, so that we can provide as much information to potential adopters as possible. In addition, our coordinators offer as much information regarding the medical and behavioral and personality characteristics as is known to our organization. Without them, and our extremely generous donors, we would not be able to save as many animals as we do every day. With each adoption, we operate a Pay It Forward program, whenever possible, to help other animals in our rescue and future animals in need.
