Meet Spirit

Spirit is an 8-month-old Jack Russell mix. He has a ton of energy. He's been through training once already and knows a lot. But he needs a more active household and owner and a house with a fenced yard. He needs a very active pet parent. Someone who walks often and hikes, so they are outside a lot. Right now, he's in an apartment with a family who's got a bipolar person living there and it's confusing for him to read her cues. He might be great with a female dog who is super active also. He needs someone that understands his need for the breed he is. He's a mix from a hunting breed, so a home that works for a hunting breed is a HOUSE with a yard, or a home that backs up to a woods or trails.

We are looking for a non-smoking household with an active family, fenced yard and is working from home or has someone working from home.
