Spencer is a tricolor hound mix male dog. He is about 2 years old and is heart worm negative. His adoption fee will include vaccinations, worming, microchipping and neutering. He has fair to poor leash skills and is scared and stressed here at the Center. He warmed up to us with a little loving and attention. We feel he will do much better with a family that will give him a little time to adjust once out of this scary place. Come meet Spencer if you have it in your heart to help a sweet dog that is just a little confused as to why he is here.
