Sparky is a high energy, loving, and engaging small Terrier Mix. He is about 1 year old, is fully vetted, current on shots, neutered and microchipped. He relates well with other dogs, is re-learning how to walk on a leash, and uses preferentially the outside as a bathroom. He has learned how to use a doggie door without difficulties.

It is our mission to be the voice for the voiceless. Each dog, cat, or horse we adopt has been promised a second chance for happiness and security. We take this promise very seriously. Each potential adopter is asked to complete a PRE-ADOPTION QUESTIONNAIRE. Following receipt of this document, we proceed to schedule what we have come to call a meet & greet. We travel up to 1 hour from our location to bring the pet to your home, which allows you to see him/her in a secure environment without external distractions. It also allows us to observe the environment where the dog/cat will live and ensure that it provides all the required security to prevent any possible accident. Given the extraordinary circumstances our country is experiencing, we have also instituted what we call "virtual home visits. Using technology for "good", we visit your household using a free app called Google Meet You can install it for free on your smartphone and will allow us to have a "face-to-face" conversation as well as it will enable us to take a peek at your yard. This allows you to see the dog you are interested in, and us to evaluate your fenced-in yard.

After the meet and greet, if you are still interested in our companion dog or cat. If this is the pet for you, we will proceed to complete the formal ADOPTION CONTRACT, and you proceed to deposit the adoption fee of $100.00 (total adoption fee is $275.00). The balance of the adoption fee is paid when the dog is delivered to you. Local residents can cover the cost of the adoption fee in cash, or check; out-of-state residents can use PayPal to make the appropriate payment using our email address ycmad2733@gmail.com.

We ask all potential adopters to read our adoption contract beforehand and welcome as many questions as you may have after reading it.
