Sparky's owners has had tough times.  He was left at a boarding Kennel for a very long time because she could not have him where she was living.  He had been there a long time when the boarding kennel turned him over.  He is a great dog that is about 7 years old, neutered and housebroken.  Sparky needs a stable home where he will not be tossed around.  He may have some anxiety to storms.  He will be available for rescue or adoption to an INSIDE home on or after 10/18.   If you are interested in this pet please contact us as soon as possible. We take in approximately 4200 animals a year. Unfortunately we are a high kill shelter due to the amount of animals being brought to the shelter. We euthanize mostly due to space and temperment.
