Meet Sox

Hi I'm Sox, I'm a 2 year old Australian cattle dog mix who was surrendered to the shelter because my mom had a baby and I got a little jealous. I'm shy at first because new people make me nervous but if you just squat down next to me and let me come to you, you'll start to see my tail pop up and start wagging, and I'll come right over to nuzzle up on you and give you kisses! I'm looking for my final forever home with people who know how to take it slow with me and can let me adjust at my own speed. Because of my breed, I'd love a home with a big backyard for me to run around in -- chasing is my favorite game! I would do well with teenage+ humans, and other dogs and cats are fine by me.
