Sophia Shepherd & Labrador Retriever Mix Highland, MD

Sophia is approximately 6 months old and weighs 40 lbs. She is potty trained and is working hard on leash walking and crate training. She knows how to "sit" and will come when her name is called. She's bright, playful, and eager to learn. She loves to snuggle more than anything and has the sweetest, gentlest temperament.

Sophia loves people of all sizes, including kids, and plays beautifully with big and small dogs. She is also cat friendly! She is so very sweet and loves to be part of the family!

Sophia is the perfect age: young enough to still be very receptive to training and old enough to have left behind the more challenging aspects of puppyhood (late night potty outings, sharp puppy teeth). Her family needs to be willing to train her with positive reinforcement so she can grow into a good canine citizen.

We have a 3-hour adoption radius so please do not apply if you live further away.

Please note that puppies need to have human interaction every 3 hours.
