Solo Labrador Retriever & Terrier Mix New Orleans, LA

Solo was born on 2/16/2022, a sibling of four. Unfortunately, within days he became an only child.
Despite the odds against him Solo has grown into an exuberant, hilarious puppy, making up enough personality for everyone! He is playful, goofy, and keeps you laughing whether it’s with his funny antics or those ears he can thank his mommy for.
Solo’s mom is a chihuahua mix and his dad is unknown but he will be medium/large fully grown. He is a chunk right now and loves his snacks! Solo is doing amazing with potty training and continuously working on it and kennel training. He has a lot of experience kenneling so he is ahead of the game.
Solo is at an age where he can adjust to any environment, given it’s the right one for him and his energy level. He is your typical playful puppy and needs a home that is ready for such, a playmate in the house is even better!
Solo is up to date on vaccines, microchipped and dewormed. He is ready for his forever home!

An inquiry, questions or introduction through Petfinder is NOT an application. All known details about our animals are posted on their profile and updated daily. Other info would be discussed in detail with the foster during the application review process. Due to the number of introductions/questions received (hundreds daily) we ask you submit an application on our website (that application can be used for any dog with Take Paws Rescue).

The adoption fee for puppies covers initial deworming, puppy vaccinations, microchip, and spay/neuter at the rescue's approved vet at 6 months of age. Please see our website for more information.

2022 Adoption Fee Scale for non-benefactor animals:
Puppies under 12 months - $350
Dogs over 12 months - $250

*Take Paws Rescue saves dogs from high-kill shelters in Southeast Louisiana, owner surrenders, and discarded dogs with uncertain futures. All of our puppies live in foster homes where they are socialized, and well cared for. An application will be required to make sure it’s the perfect match!
