Meet Soldier

Meet SOLDIER. A guy with a rough past such as his def needs a strong name. He was an owner surrender to the shelter, and the male family member was being abusive and locking him in a horse trailer ?He is honestly a wonderful pup! He does have a little separation anxiety ( rightfully so) and can flinch and be easily frightened by men. He does warm up quickly though. Soldier is like a cheetah… he loves to fly like the wind running around the yard. A fence is definitely required. Oh and he can jump as high as me when he is excited so add tigger the tiger mode when excited! He has honored our fence and not jumped it or the pen I keep him in indoors. He likes to be with his human. Preferably in your lap? and please be prepared for the amount of hair you will be wearing. Soldier is estimated to be around 1.5 years old, and weighs 40 lbs. Best guess is a Cattle dog mix. So please, no knee cap children or couch potato families.
