Hi, I'm Socks! With soft white paws that look like little socks, I've journeyed from a crowded shelter hoping to find a place in your heart. I'm a two-year-old Plott Hound Terrier mix with a brindle coat and eyes full of kindness and curiosity. While my early days were tough, I've learned the value of a loving home.

I start off shy and will most likely need an opportunity for more than one meeting with a potential adopter to fully warm up. Once I trust you, my sweet and friendly nature truly shines through. I'm looking for a patient individual who can give me the time I need to trust and show my affectionate side. Fully house-trained and crate-trained, I have excellent manners—no shoe-chewing here! I love playing with other dogs, especially the larger ones, but what I dream of most is a special person to call my own.
