Snickers Shih Tzu Brockport, NY

Snickers is a 4-year-old Shih Tzu at 12 lbs. He will be arriving at the end of FEB or the beginning of March depending on the weather. He is good with cats and other dogs. He needs a home without children because we believe from our experience living with him - he lived with a senior. He is housebroken and loves to lap sit. He is barky at new people entering the house so this is how we can tell he lived in a quiet and low traffic home. His best fit would be a person to love that does not have high traffic. It appears that he was someone friend and that someone is not available anymore to care for him. He was found wandering and the shelter picked him up. We have pulled him into our program for a great home in his future. This dog is quiet, housebroken and sweet. Needs a quiet no-frills life. He does charge people coming into the house and will bite them. You would have to put him away if having company.
We are waiving his adoption fee to promote a home for this poor dog.
