I'm glad Slinky was found and is now safe and being fed at the shelter. He's so skinny, you can see his ribs. An officer also told me, he was so dehydrated that they couldn't draw blood. Things are looking up for this sweet pup, and I'm sure he'll be putting on weight soon. Slinky enjoys being loved on, and when a sound would scare him, he'd come running to me to be in my lap. I'd hug him, pet him, and tell him everything's going to be okay. He's the sweetest boy, and I love his adorable ears. I hope he finds a loving home where he can get all the lap time and hugs that his heart desires.
