Meet Sleepy
Meet the 7 dwarfs!!
Sleepy's family's story begins on a freezing December night when she and her brave mama were discovered taking shelter under a deck of the house. They had no home, no steady food or water, and were fighting just to survive. Her tiny body was thin, her spirit fragile, but even then, this now 2-pound puppy held on with a quiet determination. Thanks to a kind-hearted Good Samaritan who alerted their situation to us and our amazing foster we are able to rescue this sweet family.
Sleepy is friendly, playful, and oh-so-curious about the world around her. This little survivor has an adventurous streak and is brave enough to explore new things—but he’s also a total sweetheart who adores being held and cuddled. He melts into your arms like she knows she’s finally safe.
Despite such a rough start, he is already showing how smart and resilient he is. She’s pee pad trained, sleeps soundly through the night, and isn’t fussy at all. It’s hard to believe such a well-mannered, loving pup came from such difficult beginnings. His journey is proof of her strength and gentle heart.
Sleepy’s personality is just beginning to shine, and as he grows, we’ll see even more of what makes him so special.
