Sky Mixed Breed Columbia, MD

D34940 This lovely, medium sized girl is 10 month Sky and she is loyal and affectionate. Sky is a mixed breed dog with some American Pit Bull Terrier in her. She is very playful and loves to run and play. Sky has played with a couple other dogs at our shelter. If you have a dog at home, you can schedule an
appointment to have the two dogs meet. Sky is learning to walk on leash and she will sit for a treat. If you sit with her on the floor, Sky will snuggle in your lap too. She has done very well waiting to go potty until taken outside. (Once she knows your shedule.) Sky likes to ride with you in the car, especially to go
for a hike in the park. Sky can be unsure in new situations. If you just go slow and give her some time to get used to the new surroundings, she does well. She is smart and learns quickly if you are calm. If you are looking for a medium sized, loyal companion, then Sky might just be your match! Due to landlord and insurance pet policies, Sky’s adoption requires you to own your home. She would also do very well with a fenced yard to keep her safe at home while exercising.
