Skippy Basset Hound Mobile, AL

Meet Skippy! At 60 lbs, this lovable goof is one big Bassett Hound! Skippy is about 6 years old and has just the best temperament. He is a super happy-go-lucky guy - in fact, about the only time his tail stops wagging is when he's asleep! And Skippy does enjoy his sleep! He tends to snore, and we can't help but notice his resemblance to a pot belly pig when he's sleeping (see photo above)! Skippy is house-trained, rides amazing in the car, and is happy to sleep through the night with his people. He's super friendly with any dog he meets, does great with kids, and also loves cats. An adoption application, veterinarian and/or personal reference, a home visit, and a $150 adoption fee are part of the process. All animals will be up to date on shots, microchipped, and spayed/neutered before adoption.
