Skipper's Story

****This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas****

Originally found with a mangled leg, Skipper's start was decidedly rougher than most. Now healed from her amputation and ready to find a family of her own, this loving ball of energy would be the perfect companion! Life with 3 legs hasn't slowed Skipper down one bit, and shes now one of the fastest dogs on our property! Not a huge fan of other dogs but nonplussed about cats, Skipper could very likely cohabitate with multiple species with proper introductions. Perhaps she's the girl for you?
Skipper is a rambunctious player, and the current queen of fetch! She does get super excited while playing, so she is also working on the 'wait' command along with basics such as 'sit' and 'down'. On leash she needs refinement but does well with a gentle leader and prolific amounts of treats!

***
Please apply to foster or adopt online at www.corridorrescue.org

Direct inquiries to: adopt@corridorrescue.org

The adoption fee of $125 covers spay/neuter, microchip and current vaccines.

Transport is available and can be discussed on an individual basis.

Thank you for considering a rescued former street dog for your next family member!
