Skipper Labrador Retriever & Hound Mix Carrollton, GA

Skipper is a 7 month female Lab/Hound mix, and she can't wait to meet you! She came in to the shelter with her sister Barbie, and they currently live in the same pen. They get along very well, and can be adopted together or separately. Skipper is a very easy going girl, and is perfectly happy standing to the side while her sister greets people first. Similar to her sister, Skipper has a moderate energy level, and mainly enjoys walking around to explore. And even more, Skipper loves getting pets and cuddles from you she usually seems to prefer cuddle time over treats! Skipper was initially unsure about walking on a leash, but she is a smart girl and has quickly learned the joys of leash walking. So if you want a loyal and affectionate companion, Skipper would be a great addition for your home!
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
