We don't know how many years this doe-eyed girl lived outside tied to a barrel. One day is insane. Days and years; criminal That barrel became her house; her home and where she slept. Imagine season after season watching the world go by through a barrel? But here she is!! Fluffy Paws on the Ground and a sweet heart on the mend! This is Darling Sissy - The Survivor! In a word she is delightful. Quite beautiful too don't you think? When Sissy was taken to the veterinarian we were told she was a little tough to exam. Oh dear! Was she fear aggressive? "No, she was more like a happy little kid wiggling every time someone showed attention and affection." Sissy just eats that affection up. She's just been starving for love and kindness for a very long time.
What we need now... is someone to take care of Sissy's heart. Sissy wants a human all to herself. We feel her loyalty and devotion is boundless. Sissy would do best as an only child or with another docile equal size dog. Sissy is approximately 35 pounds and approxiately 7 years. She'd do wonderful with someone who was home more; loving and patient. This girl truly wants to be your one and only. We know of her many other virtues one of her strongest is patience.
