Sisely is a 1-1/2 year old, 31 pound, hound mix with a beautiful brindle coat. Her favorite things are: food & treats (she is quite food-motivated!), toys (she loves any & all toys!), and exploring the great outdoors.

Sisely is shy, especially around new people. She may bark or growl to start, but warms up to new people eventually and is very sweet and affectionate once she is comfortable. Given this, she may do best in a home without very young children. She gets along with other dogs and likes to play with them after getting to know them. A home with another dog would be ideal, but is not required. She is not a fan of cats and needs a kitty-free home.

Sisely loves being outside and being active. A fenced backyard would be ideal since she is still working on her leash skills. Her house training is also coming along nicely. Sisely is quite happy to go into her crate when needed, especially if food or treats are involved. She does eat her meals in her crate due to her
tendency
to guard her food from other pets in the home.
Sisely is not a fan of car rides - she gets anxious and car sick. This may improve in time or with medication.
