MY STORY: He’s READY!!!
Sir Lancelot is a charming male Bichon Frise who is on the lookout for his forever home. This fluffy white gentleman is a mellow and affectionate companion, always ready for a leisurely walk and eager to enjoy time outdoors. Though Sir Lancelot may be a bit nervous when meeting new people, once he feels safe, he becomes a laid-back and easy-going friend who loves being petted. If you're seeking a loyal, gentle, and loving companion, Sir Lancelot may be the perfect addition to your family.
Sir Lancelot has been in a foster home since 9/20/24. At 5yrs old, this was his first experience living in a home and I am happy to say that he has transitioned to home life very well! It took about 1 week to adjust to all of the strange noises - the tv, doorbells, things falling, doors shutting, ect.. After about 2 weeks, we learned that he loves belly rubs and human attention! He does great with other dogs. He likes to go where you go, so if you get up and leave the room he's never too far behind. Lance is the most excited to greet you when you come home. If he can see you through the window first then he'll show off his impressive vertical jumps! He enjoys running around outside and preferably with a canine playmate.

To adopt the FIRST STEP is to complete an APPLICATION.
Adopters must be 24 years of age. We can not adopt to families with children under the age of six. We also only adopt in WI, IL, and parts of MN. Most of our dogs are strays, so the breed is our best guess.
