Meet Silk!
Silk is so sweet but has a sad story to tell. At only 13 months old Silk has found herself heartworm positive and a brand new mom but unfortunately all of her babies passed away before she came to us.
You would absolutely never know that Silk has been through such heartache after meeting her because she is just one bundle of compete joy!!
Silk is extremely happy, friendly, and affectionate. She is vocal and very smart. She already knows some commands and is more than happy to learn new tricks for treats. Silk melts everyone's heart with her big personality.
Silk is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. She will be spayed after her heartworm treatment, all of which will be covered by us. She just needs a comfortable and loving home to relax in while she receives treatment which is a series of at home medications and injections here at the hospital.
During this time her activity needs to be restricted but once she is cleared she can go back to living her best life like any other dog. She is so deserving of a family!
Our adoption fees include the pets spay or neuter, microchip, up to date vaccines, heartworm/tick disease testing and fecal check. All adoption fees can be found on our groups' Petfinder page.
The first step to our adoption process is to please fill out and adoptions application, it can be found on our website www.serenityanimalhospital.net, under the "Adopt From Us" Tab.
Please email the application to adoptions@serenityanimalhospital.net or drop it off in person during our business hours. Any questions regarding our adoptable dogs can be emailed along with your application. Please allow us a few days to contact you about your application as we do get many in on a daily basis. We will contact you as soon as possible.
