Meet Minka,

Minka was originally with the rescue in 2017. Then yesterday we found out that her original adopters sold her on Craigslist and then those people dumped her at a local shelter.

Minka deserves the best life and since 2017 we have definitely changed at lot of the things we do to vet adopters.We are just happy to have her back in our care so that we can find her the best forever home going forward.

Minka is house trained, she has been allowed to free roam and free feed which with that now she needs to loose some weight as she is overweight by a good 20lbs currently. She is up to date on vaccines, microchipped and spayed already.
She has lived with cats and has done fine with them and has little to no prey drive. She does need proper introductions to other dogs but gets along with animals smaller than her. She is a little reluctant about dogs her size or large but is not aggressive with them more afraid of them. She would be a great hiking or running partner as she has energy for days which can cause her to have anxiety issues if she doesn't get the proper exercise which she has been lacking for a little bit.
Minka is currently 6 years old and truly the best girl that deserves the best life! She walks well on leash and picking up on basic commands quickly with her foster.

We DO NOT have a central location, out foster homes are located throughout our geographic region including CO, WY, NM, UT and TX.
