Siggi Lakeland Terrier Haworth, NJ

**READ** yes, Siggi is adorable. But we are getting tons of apps that have clearly not read his bio. NO APARTMENTS. NO KIDS. MUST HAVE TERRIER EXPERIENCE. He is being returned for behavioral issues, the prior owners had him under the care of a veterinary behaviorist and on medication to handle his anxiety and fears.

Siggi is an 11 month old 16lb purebred Lakeland Terrier. He was purchased by a young couple living in an urban apartment, but is not conducive to that lifestyle. Siggi needs a terrier savvy home that can handle the energy and tenacity that are characteristic of his breed.

Siggi is very athletic, and adores balls. He does well with the dog he is fostered with, but was overwhelmed by the crowds at dog parks (who can blame him?!?) so will need to be an only dog or with a non reactive dog as a calming influence. He is a very intelligent dog, he knows several commands - sit, come, down - and is always motivated to learn when treats are involved!
