She is expected to arrive on transport September 26th and is in dire need of a foster or forever home! Sidney is a little shy when you first meet her, but warms up very quickly, and has no problem with crawling in your lap for attention. She is so easy to love! Sidney is gentle, sweet-natured, and very polite. She meets and mingles with other dogs politely, is an easy leash walker and loves to give hugs! She is a typical rescue dog--so appreciative for attention and affection from a kind person. We are unsure as to how Sidney would be with cats at this time but caution should always be taken when introducing any new dog to resident cats.
Sidney is a low energy Chocolate Lab mix who would love a family to dote on her and spend time with her. She is 2 year old and weighs 48 pounds. She is spayed, current with vaccines and micro-chipped. She has recently been treated for heart-worm disease and is well on the road to recovery. Her suggested adoption donation is $325 to help offset the cost of her vetting. Sidney was adopted by her "Foster-to-Adopt" family. She will now be spending the "happily-ever-after" part of her life in Plains, PA along with her two doggie brothers and her one OLTL adopted doggie sister, "Pixel".

Dogs who have adoptions scheduled are marked as "pending" and we will not be taking any applications on those dogs.
We will not adopt a dog to you if all of your current pets are not spayed/neutered. This is a non-negotiable policy. All cats and dogs MUST be up-to-date with their rabies vaccinations, including indoor only cats.

We are trying to strictly follow all suggested safety precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic. All recommendations will be respected with as limited person-to-person contact as allowed. Masks are again required at this time during any and all interaction with others.. We promise to do our best to keep everyone safe while helping our dogs find loving homes during these trying times.
