Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability.

Shyloh was surrendered to the shelter because her owner could no longer care for her and family members had other animals and could not take her in. Shyloh is very shy. She will need a stable home that will be patient and help her learn confidence. She is good with other dogs and we believe she is house trained. Any change is going to be hard so Shyloh is looking for a family that will be dedicated and give her the time she needs. Because of her tendency to flee if scared a fenced yard is required. We also beleive a home with another dog would be best for her as she seems very attached to her doggy friend at the shelter.
