Meet Shyla

Welcome Shyla to CCPAL. She was picked up out of one of the high kill shelters by her foster mom. Her foster mom has had 4 surgeries on her nose to repair it. This may have been caused by a fence, something sharp like a knife or another dog. The vet has done the surgery so now it is just a way of life and something she will live with at this point. She is a nice calm dog at 3 years old. She is a Husky/Malamute mix with beautiful ice blue eyes. She gets along with all people, kids, other dogs and cats. She is potty trained, good in a crate, good on a leash, fine in a car and really sweet. She is currently in Texas living with a foster family. CCPAL is helping her find her new forever home. She can be adopted locally or we can transport her. We work with some wonderful transporters to deliver her to Washington, Portland, all along the East Coast, Wisconsin, Minnesota or Vermont. Her adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185. Please contact CCPAL for an application.
