Shiloh Husky & Alaskan Malamute Mix Manhattan, KS

Hi!
My name is Shiloh! I’m a 3 year old Malamute/Husky mix! Even though I’m a biiiig boy (almost 100lbs!), my foster mom calls me her little floof because I’m just a loving fur ball.
Here’s a little about me!
Shining Star:
- I’m potty trained! (I learned how to use the doggy door at my foster home within the first 5 minutes!)
- I’m house trained!
- I’m good with other dogs!
- I’m a chill dude, but still like to play when the mood is right!
- I know some tricks! (Sit, shake, lay down)
- I walk great on a leash!
- I’m a very smart boy!
- I love going in the car and watching out the window or having my fur blow in the wind!
My Quirks:
- I’m not very good at sharing and will growl if I feel my things (food, water, toys) are trying to be taken away from me.
- I don’t like feeling trapped or being forced to go into places I don’t want to go. No kennel for me, but I’m a good boy out and about so no worries!
- If I want your attention or am playing with you, I sometimes play bite/nip at you.
- I’m a little weird about getting leashed up or into a harness, so you’ll have to have some patience with me, but once it’s on I’m good to go!
I’ve been crashing with a couple of huskies and we get along great! My foster mom thinks I’d be ok with a brother or sister (keeping my quirks in mind) or as an only dog! Because of some of my quirks, I’d probably be best in a home with older children or no children. I’m so excited to find my furever home!
