Shelby's Story

Miss Shelby is so sweet and funny! She's really hilarious how she plays with her brother who is also at the rescue. She's a little shy at first until she gets to know you but then watch out she will have you laughing out loud! This girl is ultra sweet and gentle and very very smart. She's only about 75 pounds which is quite small for this breed. She is house trained, potty trained, great with other dogs, kids and even cats! Very docile and loving. She's also spayed and up to date on shots. She did test positive for heart worm when we rescued her and she is receiving treatment currently. She is so young and we caught it early so it shouldn't affect her at all, now that she's receiving treatment.
