Meet Sheila

Sheila came to us back in late 2021 along with 16 other poodle mixes from a puppy mill, including Barry who is also still looking for a family. Sheila had a rough start in life due to where she came from and is still working on her trust in people. But she has come a LONG way since she first arrived. Sheila needs someone who is willing to take the time to allow her to get to know them and get comfortable.
She has shown no signs of aggression whatsoever, she just doesn’t understand how to trust humans. Sheila is good with other dogs, but cannot go with smaller dogs and would probably thrive best in a home with older children. She loves to play outside and would probably stay out all day if you let her. Sheila does require a fenced in yard.
