Meet Sheba
Meet Sheba.
This beautiful girl is an American Bulldog mix approximately 2 years old currently weighing about 60 pounds. Sheba is current with vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, on monthly heartworm prevention, but tested negative for heartworm disease. Sheba just started the treatment protocol to kill the heartworms.
Sheba is housebroken, crate trained and is working on leash training. We don't know what her prior life was life, but life in a foster home is the best thing ever! Sheba is learning what it's like to be a valued companion and family member and she is totally okay with this. She's good with the resident dogs, a medium size and an x-large size dog. Sheba does NOT like cats and cannot be in a home with cats.
Sheba is great with people and is the sweetest wiggly girl. Shy and timid at first, she quickly warms up and soaks all the love and attention you're willing to give her. Sheba was boarded with a veterinarian and spent some overnights in the homes of vet staff with children and did very well with them, but there are no children in her current foster home.
Sheba is a very sweet, happy, appreciative girl. She doesn't know what she did to deserve this, but she says she'll take it. She LOVES being in a home, hanging out with humans who love her, loves playing with the resident dogs and is very adept of worming her way into your heart. It's a joy to experience new things with this sweet, inquisitive girl every day.
