I'm Shea! I'm around 10 months old now as of early December and was surrendered as part of an unwanted litter when I was just a tiny baby. My mama appeared to be an American bulldog mix and weighed around 50 lbs and we don't know our dad. I was adopted with my big buddy Zeke a few months ago, but our family had to surrender us both due to housing issues. We received all of the care we needed at the rescue to be happy and healthy and ready for our forever homes! <br/><br/>My $150 adoption fee includes vet check, up-to-date vaccinations, spay, microchip and deworming. 1) Submit application 2) Application is reviewed for completeness and assigned to an adoption coordinator 3) Adoption coordinator verifies critical information on the application, contacts references and ensures that the requested animal is a good fit for the family 4) Adoption coordinator, in conjunction with rescue management, approves or denies application 5) Upon notification of approval, an adoption coordinator works with foster and adopter to set up an adoption appointment to bring your new family member home! We strive to work through adoption applications as soon as we can. We are 100% volunteer-based so it can take a day or two to complete the review. This also depends on the response time of your references. Should you change your mind or adopt a different animal after submission, please inform us so we do not spend unnecessary time on your application.
