This guy is simply the BEST! Shawlo has been working hard on his loose-leash walks, loves a good game of fetch, and is a certified snuggle expert. He's been with us for almost a year, and while we adore him, it's time for this special boy to find a forever home of his very own.

Come meet him-you just might find your new best friend!

Shawlo is a sweet and playful 2-year-old who has been thriving in his foster home for the past two months. His foster describes him as an amazing dog with tons of personality and believes he'll make a wonderful companion for the right family.

What Shawlo brings to the table:

Knows "sit" and "down"

Fetch champion (tennis balls = happiness)

Snuggle connoisseur

Social with people (may be a little nervous at first-gentle and patient wins the day)

Kids?
Older children may be the best fit. Young children should meet him first to make sure everyone is comfortable.

Other dogs?
Shawlo may do best as the only dog due to his rough-and-rowdy play style. However, experienced owners who can read dog body language and manage interactions may be able to successfully integrate him with another dog. A meet-and-greet with any resident dogs will be required.

What Shawlo needs:
A family willing to continue his training, build his confidence, and give him the love and patience he deserves. We always recommend all household members meet their new dog to make sure it's the perfect match.
