Shaun Galgo Spanish Greyhound & Greyhound Mix Merrillville, IN

Shaun is a 4 year old Galgo who arrived to the Midwest from Spain in June. He is continuing to warm up to the house, sounds and his foster people. He is very shy around men initially but with a bit of patience he warms right up. Shaun will make a good family dog as he does well with the children in his foster home. He is playing well with his foster Greyhound brother and a small puppy as well. Shaun is not considered cat safe and should go to a home without any feline friends.

We primarily adopt across the Midwest, including Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Missouri, and surrounding states.

All of our available dogs are currently residing in foster homes, which means we gradually learn more about them the longer they are with us. We try to update profiles as we learn new information, but if you have questions about a specific dog, please ask!

Adoption fees include a routine vet exam/testing, spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, and dental (if needed), as well as a safety harness, martingale collar, and matching leash. Adoption costs help to pay for transportation and other expenses as well.
