Meet Sharjah
Meet Sharjah, an adorable, energetic lab mix who is ready for his forever home!
During a day out with volunteers, he walked well on leash, loved picking up and chewing on sticks, and enjoyed resting on the grass. He loved to melt into our laps to ask for belly rubs. He is extremely treat motivated; his special talent is making a treat disappear in mere milliseconds. He is still working on taking treats gently; he gets so excited that he has a hard time not jumping up to retrieve the treat. He seemed to be comfortable around kids and adults and seemed to be okay passing other dogs on the trail.
When you first meet him, he may be overly excited. It takes him a couple of minutes to calm down and start showing his goofy and cuddly side. Sharjah has all the typical puppy energy and would love to find an active family who will dedicate time to training him and who will involve him in their activities. Apply to meet him today!
