Shadow Collie Cedar Rapids, IA

Shadow's foster mother was confused as to how this handsome sable and white collie got his name, as usually dark colored or black dogs are named Shadow. But after he spent a few days with her, she gets it! Shadow is constantly attached to you-- wherever you go, he goes, just like your shadow! Not in a bad or needy way, just quietly with you. He loves everyone, gets along well with other dogs, cats, kids, everyone. He is housebroken and polite on a leash, and does not appear to have any bad habits. Shadow loves to chase the ball, but does not necessarily bring it back to you though! He loves to play tug, but his favorite game is to un-squeaker and de-stuff all the toys! He also likes to chew on big bones now that his teeth are all clean! Shadow rides well in the car, and just an all around great companion. He and Angel (pictured) came in together, and it would be great if someone would adopt them together; but if not, as long as he has a person, he will be happy to have all the attention to himself!

Shadow is UTD on shots and neutered. He is available for adoption and her adoption fee is $175, but if you can adopt both Angel and Shadow together, the combined fee will be $250.
