Meet SHADES
He is very calm for a puppy, easy going, playful, loves to play and to give kisses. He would do great with kids and other pets, he grew up with a toddler in a house. We dont know their breed but they are pretty small for their age and unlikely grow to be bigger than 20-30 lbs. their mom is 10 lbs and looks like a papillon or a chi-border collie. This puppy was a part of the 3 puppy litter that was fostered by a dog trainer. Puppies stayed with their mom and siblings for 9 weeks and had a great start in their life. They have been picked up and handled daily by multiple people. They have met new people and played with other friendly dogs besides each other. They are very well socialized, love people and love being picked up and handled. If you decide to commit to a puppy, its important to be ready to commit to the work that goes with raising a puppy. puppies need to meet a lot of people and dogs daily. They need to be enrolled in puppy play groups, socializing and basic obedience classes. We recommend only going with the non aversive trainer that would not use a prong or shock collar on your puppy as it can result in fear and aggression in dogs that would put their life in danger. All puppies regardless of their size need a lot of chew toys, rug toys and soft toys, as well as regular exercise and training. If you think that this commitment is beyond your resources at the moment, please consider adult dogs in foster that are already house and leash trained.
