Sergeant Smiley American Staffordshire Terrier Mix Seattle, WA

My official name is Sarge but my foster mom calls me Sergeant Smiley, because as soon as I see her, I give her the BIGGEST smile!
I was born on March 18th, 2024 and my people think I may be an American Staffordshire Terrier mix. I'm a member of a large family of 12 sisters and brothers. My mom wasn't doing so well and a kind man rescued her from behind an apartment building. Just a few days later me and 11 others joined my mom and foster parents in this world. My mom is the sweet black and white girl in the photos above. We don't know who Dad is. I am a bit bigger than mom now, I weigh in at 52.8lbs. my foster parents think I may still gain a little weight.

I've been with my foster parents since birth. I get along great with other dogs and have even taken a few trips to the park and I did wonderful! I loved walking on my leash and listened when I was asked to sit. Mom and dad were very proud!

Other things I enjoy at home - I love to play with my little brother and all my sisters. I am the largest of my pack but don't let my size fool you, I am a gentleman. I'm a very relaxed guy. One of my favorite activities is laying on my back while holding my toys above me. I love to "look" at them. I love toys of all kinds but a nice stick is also delicious to chew! I will jump into any type of water, pool or puddle.

There is another dog who lives in our house as well, I call her Aunt Sugar and we get along great. It was so exciting when my foster parents took me to an off leash dog park. I played with several new dogs at one time! I was a little nervous but after a few moments I was overcome with ZOOMIES! I would do great in a home with other dogs.

I am kennel trained and potty trained.

I'm a healthy, happy boy and would make an awesome addition to your family.

I'm up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and neutered. I take heartworm, flea and tick prevention every month and have ever since I was old enough.
