Meet Scruffy

This is Scruffy and he is 4-5 years old and recently treated for heartworm which our DF members so graciously helped us with. He will be coming after Christmas to find his new home. He is housebroken and likes dogs. His foster home, Jayne, is working obedience with him for the pure fun of being a team. This dog is fabulous and will need two days to love you. He has an aloof personality and needs to find his comfort and then you are his BFF! We would like a foster to adopt program because he has been thru so much. He spent 4-5 weeks in a shelter because no one would take him he was positive for heartworm. Once we had him - he has spent 3 months being quiet for treatment. Now its his turn as he is ready to rock and roll. Likes to walk and would make a nice friend to someone that needs a friend.

We would welcome a foster to adopt and he will be flying in after Christmas.
Our adoption guidelines are:
Fenced yard with traditional fencing
Children over 12 years of age
Home owner
Long history of owning a dog with positive vet reference.

Adoption donation request is $350.00
