Adopt Scrappy! Scrappy is a 12 year old chihuahua who weighs about 19lbs. He does great with other dogs, big and small. Even as a senior, he is in great shape and has a pep in his step! He becomes your friend quickly and loves to follow you around! His foster says he is easy going. Apply to meet him!
