Scout's Story

Scout is just the most perfect puppy he's so incredibly gentle, loves to be cuddled, very attentive, and highly intelligent. He's at a great age to train as well. He was dumped during the middle of the night at a person's house. She notified us that her health didn't make it an ideal place for Scout to be, so he entered our rescue program. Initially, he was very shy, but he's grown to trust us and loves playing with volunteers and the other dogs in our program. He's curious about cats, but keeps a respectful distance. We are working with Scout on house training. Currently he weighs 50 pounds, but may grow to be about 70 into adult hood. He's fully vetted: core vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. He's ready for a forever family of his very own. Currently he is in Arkansas, but transport for New England is available.
