2 year old neutered male border collie - appx weight 35lbs

Scott was turned over to our shelter partner when his human was moving overseas and was unable to take him.

Scott walks nicely on leash, is very responsive, though needs to learn partnership and English :) Scott has apparently lived with cats, but not children.

PUPDATE 2 August 2021: Scott is adjusting well, though is beginning to show his colors :) Scott has some mild separation anxiety which is displayed by whistle/whine when he is crated. Scott can be great with other dogs, but will offer the occasional drive by butt bite, something which is super rude, and we are working on. Scott resource guards his person -- at this point, it seems to be only with other dogs, though unchecked, this is behavior that can get out of hand. He is very easily corrected verbally, and his adopter should be well prepared to continue to work on these issues.

Dogs that have not lived previously with children will not be offered to homes where young children reside. We do not 'test' dogs with children or cats, since testing may not show an accurate picture, and may give false comfort to their new home.
