Location: Boise, ID
Breed: Chihuahua
Age: 7 years old
Adoption fee: $100
Scooby came to Fuzzy Pawz Rescue from McCall, after he was picked up as a stray. He didn’t
get much interest up north, so we took him in to expand his opportunities!
Scooby is an easygoing dude who really likes meal time and nap time. He is very snuggly and
is happy to curl up next to you on the couch. Scooby is deaf and his vision is somewhat
degraded, but that doesn’t stop him from his morning zoomies! Though, you may have to tap
him on the shoulder to get him to wake up.
His foster parents report that Scooby is pretty well house-trained especially when he has other
dogs to follow around. He gets along with dogs and ignores cats. Scooby has some hip
dysplasia too, so he can go on short walks, but nothing too strenuous. We think Scooby would
do best in a variety of homes that don’t have young children so he doesn’t get startled. But he
would also do great with humans who can match his level of activity.
All in all, Scooby is a super sweet boy who just needs a soft place to land to spend his senior
years. He is vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. If you think Scooby would fit well into your
home, fill out an application today!
