ScarJo came to the rescue as the new mom of a few day old singleton, scared and looking for support. She soon found the love and luxury of a foster home that she deserved! ScarJo has come into her own, as a spunky, hilarious, and athletic dog. Her typical day consists of leisurely waking up and taking a quick trip out of the cage, followed by a morning meal of kibble and some playtime outside that is sure to end with her making you laugh at her antics. She then spends the workday in her cage, patiently chewing an antler and planning her after-work workout. Once she's had her time to climb her backyard obstacles (flower pots) and chase the local riff-raff (squirrels) away, she is ready for dinner and a cuddle session. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home.

We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application.

We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
