Scamp (and his sibling Suzy) had a rough start that was one of perseverance and love. Scamp spent his early days in a vet clinic overcoming a virus. Now he is healthy, strong, happy and ready to find a forever home to spread his love. Sweet Scamp is an 8-month-old blonde short haired Labrador Retriever mix. Scamp currently weighs 32 pounds and is expected to be a medium size dog once fully grown, weighing up to 60 pounds.Scamp tends to be a little shy at first but warms up quickly and is ready for fun. He is very food motivated so training should be pretty easy. Scamp enjoys the company of children and other dogs. Scamp has not had the opportunity to meet any cats yet, so it is unknown how he would be with them. He loves car rides and while inside, he is amazed by electronics. He loves the television, Alexa and even a doorbell. Maybe one day he will figure them out or he will be amazed for a lifetime. His house, leash and crate training are all in process. The perfect family will be one that has the time and patience to provide this training and learn alongside Scamp.
