Sasha Pit Bull Terrier Mix Sheboygan, WI

Hey! My name is Sasha! I am a beautiful lady that was transferred here all the way from California to open up space for animals displaced after the wildfires that took place there. I am spunky and full of life and love to give! Sadly, I have been in the shelter system for over a year... a whole year of being homeless and longing for a family. Can you imagine? I try not to let that get me down though! I know my forever family is out there - maybe I just needed to move here to Wisconsin to find it! I love people and am so excited to interact and play, but I sometimes inappropriately show my excitement by being jumpy and using my mouth. Hopefully my future home can help to teach me my manners! I aim to please though, so with some consistency and patience, I think I can figure it out! Because of this, older children would be the best fit for me in my forever home. I have been introduced to dogs in the past, but I can be particular with my doggy friends, so any potential doggy siblings, we would need to properly meet to make sure it is a good fit for both of us. There is potential there for sure though! I would love to put the shelter life behind me for good. Maybe you could help me out with that?
